WEDDING SERVICES
We understand that every event is unique and requires different levels of involvement. After an initial complimentary get-to-know-you meeting, where we discuss your vision for your event as well as what services you are looking for, a flat fee is quoted..
Full Production – We will assist you from start to finish with the planning of your wedding and be there the day of the event to take care of the details and ensure that everything runs smoothly. With this package you get to take full advantage of all the services we offer and can relax from the very beginning knowing that we are your partners in this project. You don’t have to worry about writing to-do lists or following timelines. Your main job is to help us thoroughly understand what you envision and then let us do all the work. This package allows you to continue to attend to all the other priorities of your busy life, sleep easy, and still plan the event of your dreams.
Month of – We will meet 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding to review the timeline, responsibilities, and expectations we outlined at our initial meeting. We will be at your rehearsal ceremony, wedding ceremony, and reception to make sure everything runs smoothly. If you have your whole event planned, but you need someone to coordinate the details on the day of your event, this is the package for you! This package relieves you, your family members, and friends from the responsibility of coordinating all the vendors and participants on the day of your wedding. Instead of being distracted by details, you and your guests will be able to sit back and enjoy yourselves.
Consultation Services – This is an hourly service, which can be useful if you intend to coordinate your own event but need guidance initially in planning and gathering referrals, organizing information, and working out logistics or any other issues that may arise. You may decide that you need to meet with a consultant regularly or on an as-needed basis. The task of planning an event can be very overwhelming and it is nice to know that someone knowledgeable and experienced is just a phone call away who can help you get started or help you regain momentum if you get stuck.
Free Initial Get-To-Know-You Consultation – The consultant will ask questions to get to know you and then discuss the type of services available to see which best meet your needs. The bride and groom should bring their list of questions to this initial meeting. A list of preferred vendors will be provided at this time. You will be quoted a fee for the services you think you will need and then you are free to make the decision about whether you would like to hire us. Even if you do not end up hiring a consultant, this meeting is a great place for you to sort out some of your concerns and get you started on the right path. This initial consultation usually takes between 1 – 1½ hours.
Additional Event Manager – Depending on the size and location of your wedding, an assistant to the coordinator may be required. This need will be determined early in the planning process and is at the discretion of the wedding coordinator.
